Shadow Dye machine

We have invented together with the company TML a system to get dyeing effects in a continuous way , without special pretreatments and operations . The system will be ready for trials by the end of this year, samples can be produced all ready now. 



The machine pulls in the plaited or batched fabric. During pulling the fabric in it will be gethered in order to get the fabric in rope form , from 1500mm width to 600 mm width.

I a first section we suplly the ground color .

The second section will be more narrow and we will supply a second color . The color will be injected and the injection will be controled by a computer system to get reproced effects.

A special squeezing system gives an additional  color aspect  of both colors .

Depending on the fabric , the colorsystem used , fabric has to pass a stenter , a steamer or after a certain time can be washed off . Pigments , substantive dyes , dispers dyes or reactive dyes are applicable .

We are ready to test you material on the prototype machine so that you can see the effects on your fabric so that you can discuss acceptance in the market with your customers .
